Golden Gate Bridge Convergence For Peace
Monthly Event , EVERY 2nd Sunday of each Month.
Sunday, March 11th 2007 12:00 noon
San Francisco, CA USA


WHEN: The second Sunday of EVERY month
HOW: Meet at noon on the north or south side of the bridge and march on the eastern walkway to converge for peace in the center. Rain or Shine
POWERFUL CONVERGENCE (optional): Organize your own small group (3 to 500) to begin your own march 1, 2, 3 or more miles away in S.F. or Marin and plan to arrive at the bridge at noon for the convergence. This will minimize parking/traffic concerns and provide outreach to innumerable communities.
WHAT: Signs and banners are banned....bring them at your own risk. Use other creative ways to communicate peace: messages on your clothing, PINK for PEACE, peace sign held up, etc.
WHY: Send a strong message to Congress to
END THE WAR and NO MORE $$ FOR WAR.
