fearless Meditation I: practice of the body (fMI) is an in-depth introduction to nonsectarian, universal meditation taught in a social justice context aimed directly to agents of social change.

fMI focuses on developing the foundation to establish a "steady, comfortable posture" for a stable body and stable mind.

- learn about the MAP of social transformation
- learn how fearless Meditation can help you be a better agent of social change
